Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a stunning location near a famous bar for sunset meetings and was close to Single Fin for dining and relaxation. The rooms were of lower grade, with a strong smell of black mold, and worn out. The service was mixed, with loud music played throughout the day but responsive pool staff. The dining experience was excellent with delicious food and wonderful views. Although the hotel's facilities were veeery worn out, the beautiful surroundings made up for it.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were in need of a renovation and quite dated with mold in some places, which was a letdown considering the price paid. However, on the positive side, the room I stayed in was really nice, spacious, super clean, and well maintained.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. Despite a stunning location and some positive aspects, such as the nearby yoga studio and beach club, the experience was marred by dirty and smelly rooms, rude service, and just average dining options.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had spectacular views of the coast, but it was outdated and not as clean as I had hoped. The service was friendly, but there were issues with loud music and unprofessional pool staff. The location was gorgeous, but there were some drawbacks like the view of a demolition site from my suite. The dining was enjoyable with delicious options. The facilities were decent, but some areas needed improvement.
I was excited to experience a stay at this hotel, expecting a private villa feel with a double deluxe room booking, but it turned out to be more like a standard hotel room. Despite this, I found the room nice, which was somewhat comforting. However, the state of the room urgently needs a reform, as it could be so much better. The location, on top of the cliff at Blue Point, was outstanding and the only good thing that stood out, close to both famous restaurants and the beach. As for the dining experience, it was a delightful surprise with consistently good food, offering a variety to suit different tastes, accompanied by wonderful views of surfers and the waves below, making the experience enjoyable. Though the facilities had their charm, they appeared beyond tired, hinting at the need for updating to match the stunning surroundings better.
The hotel offers stunning ocean views from the rooms, but we encountered issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The service was friendly but lacking in efficiency. The location provides easy access to the lively atmosphere of Single fin, but the surrounding demolitionsite view detracts from the experience. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit disappointing initially with a musty smell and dated decor, but once moved to the ocean view room we had booked, it was lovely. The service was friendly and helpful, but the loud music played throughout the day might not be to everyone's taste. The location was amazing, right overlooking the ocean, but some rude staff members and overpriced basic bedrooms were a letdown. The dining experience was mediocre, and I opted for simple toast. However, the facilities were adequate for our needs.
The hotel's location overlooking the ocean is remarkable, offering a unique experience. However, the rooms urgently need renovation and lack essential maintenance. The service was unprofessional and lacked attentiveness, with a strange explanation for loud music. Despite its flaws, the dining experience was good with tasty options. The facilities need improvement but offer some basic amenities.
The hotel has a breathtaking location right by the ocean, but the rooms urgently need refurbishment with moldy bathrooms. The service was a bit loud from early morning till night, but they fixed billing errors quickly. The rude staff and overpriced bedrooms somewhat overshadow the outstanding views. Dining options were a hit or miss with some good and some dull choices.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room, although more like a hotel than a private villa as I expected, was nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, right in the middle of both sides of Uluwatu, and close to famous spots like the sunset bar. The dining experience was varied, with a nice selection of food to suit different tastes. However, the room service was a bit difficult to deal with on arrival, and the music played at full volume from morning to night was not to my liking.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were cosy and clean, with a jacuzzi offering a panoramic view, which was really nice. However, there were clumps of hair left on the shower wall, so that was a bit off-putting. The service had its ups and downs, with some difficulties on arrival but the room service being efficient. The location was a major plus, being right in the middle of both sides of Uluwatu, perfect for surf enthusiasts. The dining experience had its moments, with a nice selection of food but also some disappointments. The facilities were decent, nothing outstanding but satisfactory.
I had an interesting stay at this hotel. The rooms had some issues like water leaks and damage to the walls, plus we couldn't open the balcony door due to monkeys. The service was a mixed bag with wonderful staff but some questionable music choices. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view, but there were some concerns with the room's view overlooking a demolition site. The dining options were limited and slightly overpriced. Overall, there were some ups and downs during my visit.
The hotel has spectacular views of the coast but was very dirty and dated, with mold all over the place. On top of that, the rooms were poor.
The hotel's location is brilliant with a lovely view from the pool out onto the sea. The staff is very, very nice and helpful, always smiling at you. However, the hotel has become rowdy which was quite a downside for the overall experience.
The hotel offers a nice and comfortable stay with good, albeit slightly dated rooms, and convenient access to Kelapa hotel. On the downside, there were mold issues behind the bed frame and some areas seemed a bit worn. The location, near the famous sunset meeting bar and next to Single Fins, is great for surf lovers, even though the constant loud music could be a turnoff. The dining experience was mixed, with some low-quality aspects, but a free pizza for lunch was a nice touch. The facilities are decent overall, but staff rudeness and high prices for basic bedrooms were disappointing.
